Shackle, which is an indispensable rigging accessories in lifting construction, can be used to connect lifting pulley and fixed sling, etc. it is widely used as a light and flexible connecting tool. Shackles can be divided into bow shackles and u shackles according to their shape characteristics. According to the purpose, it can be divided into chain shackle, anchor shackle and floating shackle.
(1) Chain shackle is the shackle used to connect the anchor chain, and the horizontal bolt shall be upward during use.
The transverse bolt is round so that it can not rotate in the bolt hole and increase its strength. When using, take out the cross bolt of the shackle, put the “U” shaped buckle into the large ring of the anchor chain to be connected, and then connect the cross bolt in series with one of the upper large ring of the anchor chain. In order to prevent the cross bolt from coming out, there is an inclined hole at the joint of the two ends of the cross bolt and the “U” shaped buckle for driving the brake inclined pin. In order to prevent the slant pin from coming out, a green lead seal should be inserted into the hole left at the pin hole. Calcium base grease shall be applied before the inclined pin is inserted into the pin hole for rust prevention.
(2) The anchor shackle is the shackle used to connect the anchor chain and the sinker. The use method is the same as the chain shackle.
(3) The floating shackle is the shackle used to connect the floating body and the anchor chain. The use method is the same as the chain shackle.
